Rack Room Shoes Opened Saturday at Skyline Ranch Marketplace

Rack Room Shoes opened its new San Tan Valley store Saturday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m., with a ribbon cutting and giveaways at Skyline Ranch Marketplace.

The Details

The 8,000-square-foot store sits at 1416 W. Hunt Hwy, Suite E-1, on the northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Gary Road. Opening-day activities included swag for the first 100 customers, a Skechers gift for the first 100 kids, a drawing for a gift card worth up to $500, a face painter from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and opening-day savings across the store's shoe brands.

Another Piece of Skyline Ranch Filling In

Skyline Ranch Marketplace has been one of the busiest corners in the area for new stores. Ulta, Marshalls, HomeGoods, and Five Below are already open there, joining established anchors Home Depot, WinCo Foods, Panda Express, and Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. Michaels is under construction, PetSmart is expected later this year, Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers is expected sometime in 2026, Chick-fil-A is expected in summer 2027, and EOS Fitness has an estimated opening of Sept. 21.
